The current slack integration is offered by legacy integration on Slack which doesn't even publish "Customized Message". Slack is no longer interested in enhancing it, made clear by their support team. Having Pingdom provide a better Slack app which also takes into account new platform feature of Pingdom, will greatly help the teams dealing with the incidents.
