Due to my company's security policy, I am not permitted to simply dump the diagnostics logs and submit them to SolarWinds support. The cut-down list of required files still contains sensitive data, so I have to remove password salts and hashes and anonymise usernames, device names, IP and MAC addresses.
It would be very helpful if SolarWinds could provide a utility that removes, masks or anonymises the identifying data (in a way that maintains the integrity of any related files if necessary). That would allow me to submit all files very quickly and make it easier for the SolarWinds tech to automatically analyse them.
