We looked at Datamotion and others and for a variety of reasons their solutions didn't work for us. We are now investigating a terrible idea using Microsoft OneDrive (aka SharePoint). Some form of file repository, secure storage and access system would be ideal for transferring sensitive documents and recording who accessed them.
