Perfstack real-time polling - adjustable polling interval

Please enable us to adjust the real-time polling interval from something other than the default 1 second interval.

We do not always need polling at 1 seconds, and that amount of real-time polling could have an impact on the monitored device if we watch more than a few parameters in real-time.

Either allow us to enter a value, or give us a drop-down list of potential intervals like 1 second, 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds.

This can currently be done at a global level in the Advanced Configuration page (use caution), but a per-device override while in PerfStack would be better. Some of my devices update their counters internally once every second, others once every 5 seconds. When I'm doing real time analysis I want as granular as possible so I keep mine at 1 second, but for the devices that only update internally every 5 this leads to incorrect information on the charts. 

Example, if an interface is sending 100 mb/s:
The device that updates internally every 1 second shows 100mb/s on the chart. Great.
The device that updates internally every 5 seconds shows 0mb/s for 4 seconds, then on the fifth second it show 500mb/s, then 0mb/s for another 4 seconds, and so on.
