Allow Enumeration for SNMP Component Monitors

Please allow enumeration for SNMP polling results within SAM. This is native to UnDP and helps a lot with providing valuable information to clients in the web interface. Having that same ability within SAM would really enhance the usability of the component monitor.

So this took a while to find.

This thread: APM Template for Textual Statistical Data? references a previous feature request that seems to be if not identical then certainly along the same vein.

If this is available for UnDP I can't imagine why it would not be available for SNMP Monitors in SAM. At the very least to be able to add a formula to convert the statistic value to a string would be key.

I hope this can be re-visited.

If You expect users to use SAM templates for SNMP-enabled devices (sometimes very usable) it is "must have" feature. Many OIDs have values encoded like "0 - disabled, 1 - enabled, 2 - administration shutdown" or similar. Number mean nothing to end-user, especially as different devices can use different OIDs for the same variable, with different encodings (take into account "enterprise" branch).

In other words: lack of this (and GET TABLE) makes me using UnDP in new deployment, while I expect it to be depreciated in next releases.
