I currently have a number of users who's view is limited based on the custom attribute: Department
When they run a network discovery of a particular subnet they are able to complete the discovery but there is no option to add any custom attribute properties.
This means that when the network discovery wizard completes, the nodes are added without the correct department and the users are unable to see the nodes they've just added. They need to get an admin to adjust the newly added nodes properties in order to make them visible.
My request is that as part of the network discovery wizard, you should be able to add custom attributes to nodes before adding them.
