GUI configuration makes configurations very quick and easy
Great support
Great community (with content sharing)
Lots of additional functionality can be added via modules (APM, NTA, etc)
VMWare Integration via API
Great alarming/alerting system
Very "pretty" web interface
Better system to manage if you are stronger with Microsoft Windows
