Can the changing of node licences please be looked in to?? Current to increase or decrease the number of Node Licences that are on a non-internet facing environment you need to
- Deactivate the SWOSH Licence (Which puts the environment in to a dormant status)
- Download the .lic file
- Upload the .lic file to SolarWinds Customer Portal
- Download a new .lic file with the new number of node licences.
- Upload the new .lic file the server
- Activate the SWOSH Licence with the new .lic file.
Wouldn't it be easier, as long as there is licences in the pool, be able to download another .lic file that will allow us to add node licences to an environment already.
Basically I would like to look for a solution that will mean we won't have to deactivate SWOSH, to avoid value polling time.
