Removed WSUS server still showing in console

We removed a downstream WSUS server from our environment. It no longer shows as a downstream server but it appears in several places in the EminentWare console. e.g. To Do list shows it "Not assigned to a management group" and also when checking package publication using the wizard.

How do we remove this server reference from the system

From the Update Services node, select the WSUS server and click on Delete in the Actions pane.

Has been removed from there, but still appears in the other places.....
