The new and "improved" version of the WPM recorder does not have the ability to record a double click. I spoke with the support team and they were unable to edit the XML to force the feature either. This should be restored so that existing monitors built using the deprecated recorder can be recreated in the new fully supported tool.
In my particular use case I am unable to open the results of a search because the vendor requires a double-click to open the record. When recording the transaction I can open the record but the action is saved as a click The playback fails to open the record. In the deprecated recorder it is clearly saved as a double-click and the record will open on playback.
