General notes field for an alert

When creating an alert, it would be nice to have a field for some general notes. This will help someone coming behind me who might need to tweak the alert.

These notes should not appear on the manage alerts page, but on the screen(s) where you are editing the alert. Maybe on the final page before you submit the alert.
