I add a call manager 9.1 on VQNM, and success get the data, I chose "Delete CDR/CMR files from FTP server after download" but file still not been delete, anything could be wrong?
Typically this is because of restrictions or permission issues on the FTP server itself. Are there any error messages in the logs?

I try to find my ftp log, i see VQNM had try to delete file after read, but will miss some file to delete.
ex: the file _85648 upload at 14:32:32, but i can find any delete log or error message after 14:32:32
