HotFix or new version/release notification emails to customers!!!

This should be a MUST.

Especially for people running offline instances, like many are now I presume, where Orion can't reach the Internet to know that new software updates are available.

I found old posts about using Subscriptions and email notifications, but can't find if this construct still exists somewhere...

This information (especially for Hotfixes) is listed in your Customer Portal. As long as your email address is correct, you should be getting messages when new updates are available.

For the last hotfix released for 2020.2.6 I haven't received any email. I found one exists only about 1.5 month after it was released. And I'm the admin contact (all roles).

@KMSigma.SWI I can confirm that this feature does not work. I found out about the hotfix through a random browse on the website. It would be great if this could be looked into.

FYI: Software releases (RC and GA) are published on THWACK in the appropriate product's newsroom. You can subscribe to that "blog" by using the processed outlined in: How do I subscribe and/or enable notifications for content? - THWACK Documentation - THWACK Command Center - THWACK - SolarWinds Community

This isn't a "fix" for the notification issue you raised, but I think it's an acceptable workaround until such time that this modification is made in the Customer Portal.
