NTA last received CBQOS - never?

hi,

i currently test CBQOS feature in NTA 3.6, i'm confused about the "netflow sources" CBQOS information.
although i enabled at least one router for CBQOS (manual via manage sources), i always get "last received CBQOS" with value "never".

but it seems that there is traffic counted into the correct classes as my topxx QoS report says...

as far as i understand CBQoS infos are collected via snmp, so i don't need to configure anything additional on the router, right?
maybe a bug?

i've gone through the CBQoS troubleshooting guide and stuck at steps 9 to 12.

so my device(s) seems not be marked as CBQoS capable in the database, although i did the module discovery reset.
but the mib browser delivers values on the cbQosConfigIndex mib...

next thing confusing me is that the cisco feature navigator tells me the feature "CBQoS Management—Policy-to-Interface Mapping Support" is supported only on 720x and larger boxes- e.g. not on ISR 14.4 IOS versions...

i try this on cisco 2811 with 12.4(24)T1 - ADVIPSERVICES

so the million dollar question is:
why i have no CBQoS supported devices in the orion database,
and find it not supported on smaller routers at cisco feature navigator,
although can gather cbQosConfigIndex values via mib browser and also see values in the web console reports? :P

Types of Service isn't CBQoS, CBQoS deals with Policy and Class related info.

Try this on one of your interfaces configured for QoS.

1. Remove the Policy from the interface.

2. Re-apply the Policy to the Interface and check back in NTA after a polling cycle or two.

I have the same issue with some Interfaces and any change Imake to a Policy will cause it to disappear from NTA. Have to go back in and perform steps 1 and 2 again.

I think my trouble is just a flaky IOS on some routers since not all interfaces seem to exhibit the same behavior. May never know sicne downing routers for IOS upgrades just for grins is not going to get approval.

unfortunately not the solution in my case, still all CBQoS timestamps on "never"

i think its not an IOS related issue-
because in my case orion "thinks" my routers are not CBQoS capable (database queries) although the mib-browser delivers values via manual requests...

any other ideas?
