RabbitMQ template

Hi, we need some assistance/a new template for RabbitMQ monitoring. We have the server in WMI and we have the requirement to monitor a few specific elements of our RabbitMQ platform, ie: Number of Stored messages, Message throughput , Current connections/channels, Shovel Status' etc, and have been trying to fathom a way of creating some form of custom monitoring, but if someone has already done this, or if there is a template it would make like much easier!
