When scripting bulk changes we should be able to execute the scripts on a
group of x devices simultaneously. There should be a setting to adjust x
similar to the setting for polling device inventory.
This would be particularly helpful when deploying new IOS versions. Running
an IOS upgrade on 30+ routers is dreadfully slow using NCM right now without
this as it waits for each router to finish copying the IOS to memory before
moving to the next router. At least if they were all running at the same time
it would only take as long as it would to load 2-3 routers.
