Compare configs against two separate devices; automate and email report

I'd like to be able to automate and email comparison reports on the configs of two different devices. For example, I'd like to run a compare say, monthly or quarterly on my core router and switch pairs. I need to see if there are any config differences and if need be, fix them. This way I could make sure my configs were always in sync. If the report were delivered in the web and I could check a box or something to say I  reviewed the configs, that woudl be stellar. Then I'd have proof of config reviews for auditors.

One other thing, that this would be helpful, is to solve any config issues between two devices that are alike.  One is working OK, and the other as problems.  Like in the retail business, you have multiple sites, configured the same way, but something maybe missing, or is there and shouldn't, and you can't figure it out. And this is not yet a rule in NCM.  Would just make things a bit faster to troubleshoot.
