Audit trail view Authentication against which polar/website being accessed

I would like to see when someone is signing onto solarwinds to display actually on which website did he sign onto when logging onto solarwinds or if the user signed onto the polar itself. Because it shows I connected from the polar and audit event shows I authenticated with my username and IP from where I connected from but when I connected and authenticated from the additional web server it did not reflect. So I would like to see the audit events being collected centralized and display to which solarwinds polar/website I logged onto the website.

Just a note so I picked up that it does reflect that I authenticated once I opened a different browser[Edge] to the additional web server that it did display I logged on. But if I used chrome for instance and I already had a session open and open new page and open the site and signing onto solarwinds it does not reflect that I signed onto Solarwinds.
