Several of our monitors have gone into "Unknown" status. If there is an option in which we can set the parameters of the monitor to go into alert after X minutes to generate an alarm if it can't reach the page or couldn't see the verification text/image during the scheduled poll, then we can eliminate the "Unknown" status. Please see ticket #1159285 for more details as this is an URGENT matter that we need resolved.
