I have split up my /16 network with multiple subnets and populated with numerous IPs. Whenever a new IP enters a subnet it is hard to track
I would like the IPAM to have some sort of status for each IP, to track and confirm that the IP is properly registered and has been approved.
Status can be as an example: rouge/approved
Each IP would have the status set by default as rouge (can be set during import of-course) So if a new IP pops up in one of your subnets it will be flagged as rouge until you accept it.
Preferably I would like to see a summary view of all rouge IPs, a bucket list for administrators to work on.
Advanced feature would be to have three states: rouge/processing/accepted ( need better terminology )
This is due to the fact that my company has various work procedures that might need to be finalized/updated before the IP can be considered fully acceptable.
That is complete/network diagrams and possible manuals and work procedures etc.
