I have been trying to create a new component monitor on a Windows 2008 R2 server to monitor a service using Windows Service Monitor. I am using Fetching Method: WMI and the Net Service Name has been copied and pasted from the Service property screen. But every time I try to test the component I get "Test failed with "Down" status Service was not found.
If I try the test on another service it will work. The service qserver is up and running. What am I doing wrong?
