Hi There,
Running Serv-U in a corporate cluster configuration, then it seems very counter HA that we have to export, stop service, import start service for the configurations to "sync" to the other hosts in the HA cluster.
So please add the possibility to use a centralized fileshare to keep the configurations and have all the HA nodes read from there or something equivalent. Also the nodes should just re-read the config on change and apply it. It really shouldn't be necessary to restart the node service (dropping all connections!)
Possible solutions:
Centralized SMB or NFS fileshare (Preferred solution)
Centralized DB on MSSQL/ MySQL
Node relation sync (Nodes are configured with each others names and "push" config changes as they happen)
Friendly regards
