We currently updated from NCM 7.3.2, NMP 11.0.1, SAM 6.1.1, IPAM 4.2 to NCM 7.4.0, NMP 11.5.2, SAM 6.2.2, IPAM4.3. All alerts were moved to the web page. This was working before the move I would like to have this function back.
Before change Example 1:
Subject was :${Node.Caption} which gave us (DPS Paul) this is the node.
Message was:${N=SwisEntity;M=RowLabel}${HH}${Minute}${AM/PM} which gave us. Generator Run or Clear and time.
After
Subject was :${Node.Caption} which gives us "${Node.Caption} ".
Message was:${N=SwisEntity;M=RowLabel}${HH}${Minute}${AM/PM} which gave us. Generator Run or Clear and time.
We have lost the location piece for this. for the Subject line. I can not edit it and fix it. I have been on the phone with Solarwinds for over an hour with no success.
I will add a couple of screen shots.
Also when editing the alert on "trigger condition", you can click on the link to "Show List" this show a node at the moment to alert on. when going to the "trigger actions" and clicking on the "simulate" button, I can not simulate because it has no node groupings.
