Hardware Health Overview and Application Health Overview Resource Filter Functionality

Hoping to have the ability to filter out and use custom query on both Hardware Health Overview resource and Application Health Overview resource.

Also , there is no Edit button on Application Health Overview resource.

When user click on the edit button of the resource, the following should appear:
