Allow changes to log file defaults

Files such as UDT_BusinessLayerPlugIN_tracelog and toolset grow to crazy sizes causing issues.

I would propose the ability to change the max size or max days these logs contain.

Today you have to shut down services to make any changes witch in large environments is unacceptable.

I think this needs to be more generalized.

logging/tracing in the solarwinds products is a disorganized hash of locations, sizes, purging rules, filenames, etc...

You can change log sizes in SW tool LogAdjuster (shipped with all Orion platform modules).

If you ran out of HDD space without noticing it in advance, I recommend you to monitor also Orion server by itself and setup proper alerts.

However, yes, I think logs location should be customizable.
