It would be nice if DameWare had a native agent client built for OS X rather than relying on third-party VNC server software such as RealVNC. This would be a giant step towards feature parity that is just not available through the current VNC support, like remote copy/paste, chat window, encryption options, SFT, compression, resolution and rendering options, etc. Upgrading to an enterprise license of RealVNC won't help you unless you use their viewer software instead of DameWare.
And somewhere down the line it would be totally awesome if the agent install could be pushed from the DMRC interface using Domain Administrator credentials much like it is done for Windows PCs.
