Feature request: Node resource - List of related maps

Example which I have:

- one network device appears in more then one map (some detailed, some high level)

- when I have any problems with that device I would like to see corresponding maps (drill down to list of maps) .

Seems to be a reasonable request. I would like to take the opportunity to ask the following

Are you looking for this function to be present out of the box in every Node detail page ? or as resource, the user chooses to add the resource ?
Is it only Orion Nodes you are interested in or does it also need to extend to Orion groups ?
Tell me, your thoughts on how you want the list to be represented ? as a Tree view, Title or others, please specify ?

- I would like to see this added as a resource, giving the Orion admin the option of adding this to specific node details pages.

- Groups would be a nice addition if possible

- I have no specific ideas on how to format this, other than links to the maps. Adding the option of a tree view may be valuable if the node is referenced in nested maps.

I see this was requested back in 2008, along with a "work around":
