It is really more for organizational purposes, but It's a pain to add a component to a big template and then arrow that component to the top or near top of your template.
A couple of button additions would help with organization to move to top or bottom.
Additionally enabling the ability to move multiple components around via check boxes or a shift/ctrl selection would be a nice enhancement.
