At the moment "Description" is not present on the QoE Application Details widget. In fact, I was only able to find it when going through "Edit" app, otherwise it is not visible. I think this should be visible as part of this widget as it has plain english explanation of all those protocols. Also, I would love to be able to modify it as well if needed
