Provide the ability to delete or obfuscate personally identifiable information in the logs.
Interesting idea. I like it. How do you plan to do this? Would it be based on field names/tags such as 'address' or 'firstname.' And finally - would be it be user configurable for individual source groups?

Some fields, like IP, that are added / indexed automaticalyby loggly, should be removeable.
