I'd like to be able to publish global announcements on the Orion interface. For example as an admin I could go to Settings > Web Console Settings and set a message (like an MOTD) there that would be displayed at the top of every page, with the option for the user to dismiss the message.
This could be used to let users know that the SolarWinds server is going to be rebooted or a product upgrade performed.
Since our groups of users each have their own views which they can customize, there's no way of getting an announcement to all users, unless we email them all 
Having the ability display a global announcement would be a great benefit! We can already set some login text (under Settings > Web Console Settings) but when auto login is enabled, users will never see this.
