Custom Form E-mail Resource

SolarWinds already efficiently sends out many emails as alerts or reports. We would find utility in being able to place an e-mail form on Views that uses a POST method to relay information to pre-specified recipients. Being able to specify the numbers of INPUT tabs and customize the type, name and value attributes of them would be a big help to letting our end users more easily provide information and feedback.

It would be very useful to be able to notify by node to the client or owner of the equipment even if the trigger is not configured, since it is of the utmost importance. Or be able to condition the sending of mails depending on the content of the message know to which person is notified.
