I hope the next release will support the drag & drop functionality that the Core and other apps currently have as well.
It was not clear exactly what you were asking for in your request.
Th modules on the web pages were not drag & drop throughout the modules. You would have to modify the page through the old columns configuration and save to see the changes. I think it is all fluid now, thanks.
