EOC Map issues

I finally got EOC working and 2 things don't work for me :

1. When a create a map in Atlas on EOC the submaps are green with red or yellow marks if there are issues underneath them. From the web page though the green dots are shown then they have a gray box...not red or yellow to match.

2. When trying to use a linked background I get a 'no image could be found at the specified location". I'm trying to get the image from image.weather.com/.../us_radar_plus_usen.jpg. From the browser it works fine.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

This is now fixed. Issue was Windows policy blocking IE access. That was removed and the image can be retrieved.

BB, try making a map with other shapes or icons (not LED's), do you have the same outcome as with the green LED's?

Or do your icon not show on the maps in the website but you get squares representing the icon locations.

regarding the Linked Background, are you behind a proxy?

As for the gray dots, this is a known issue which should be addressed in the future releases.

No....but this is an x64 machine. There are 2 IE programs. The regular IE (assuming 32bit) is blocked by a policy but the x64 IE works fine. Is that the issue?

It might be, but we have never encountered such situation. Maps (and other resources, like the thwack recent posts, or the tree with nodes) use javascript - is this allowed in the IE?

From the EOC server (terminal server into it) I can click on the thwack link to get there and the tree nodes work too. I don't see a "resource" for recent thwack posts on EOC...I know they are in the individual Orions servers.
