Multi-value custom properties

We need the ability to create multi-value custom properties. This can be used in many scenarios, but an example would be for servers with multiple applications or roles. Currently, the only way to do this is to have multiple custom properties or a single custom property with sometimes very long values with // or || as a separator.

A few basic application or role examples:

Staffing and Scheduling || Time and Attendance or Staffing and Scheduling // Time and Attendance

App || SQL || Web

App || Web

SQL || Web

I agree, I have circumstances where I have devices that are used in both Test and Stage environments as well as the previously mentioned multiple application roles. It would be very helpful to capture/store these multiple values in a single field; perhaps defined as check box list(check more than one) fashion.

Also useful to have as a part of this request would be: multi line CPs that allow you to use (and obey) carriage returns, and other text markup.
