Application to update Java

It would be very useful to have a small application that would upgrade the version of OpenJDK that comes with the SEM agent. When it does this, it should remove the entire Contego directory and install the new agent. In the past, the updater would apply a new version of the agent and leave the old version of java behind in the Contego directory. This leaves the system running the agent vulnerable.

this is a great idea. we should not be running older Java versions, especially those with known security vulnerabilities.
