Lightweight NPM license for monitoring the SolarWinds Platform itself

It would be awesome if we could buy a cheap, lightweight version of NPM to install on a workstation/ Raspberry with the one and only purpose: To monitor the monitoring system. An "outside" view of the current Orion status : Server health, Database connection state, HA state etc. This would be very helpful in a emergency situation or during upgrades of the Orion Platform.

I wish this could send a trap to our national NOC instead of relying on email.
