Ability to Exclude Specific EventIDs

We would like to be able to exclude specific event IDs in AppInsight application.  There are certain Windows events that are sent through that we don't care about and fills up the event log portion of the appinsight.  We would rather just exclude them, so they are not brought in to monitoring.
