We already have incident creation with ServiceNow as an alert action- what if we could allow an integration with a Change request process? When someone with WebUploader rights submits a change request in NCM, I'd like to see it able to automatically open a change request in ServiceNow, and also make it so that when the Change in ServiceNow goes through the appropriate channels and approvals, and the Change is set to "approved" status in SolarWinds, it will trigger NCM to approve the change on its end. This would allow those organizations that use ServiceNow and SolarWinds to not have multiple places/email inboxes to monitor to approve changes.
