Approval Jobs should return to the Requester-GROUP instead of the originate requester

If a windowsuser (member of an AD-Group) create a script which has to be approved.

The requester wants that the job returns to him.

Not to my idea:

I want that this approved request is not only visible for the requester but for the whole group to which the requester belongs.

So if the requester is ill his colleagues are able to execute this Jobs instead of him.

So this is like a network change request. To make a change via a request process you do not just ask 1 person but you ask a whole team and when it comes back approved your team should know that it was approved before you implement. So the approval or deny should be sent to the whole team.
