Need Notes field while doing the node to unmanage state.

Dear all,

In our environment we use to do most of the nodes unmanage state if there is any planned activity. after the week time when we use to take report that time we are unable to find the reason for less availability.

We required Notes field while doing unmanage that need to view in node details and report.
