Orion Platform provide great user roll based management to restrict user to modules & Nodes but this is not the case with NCM Rules so if users have access to NCM Rule modification they are allowed to modify any rule.
If there are multiple team that use NCM for Policy compliance for example
DC Network team
WAN Network team
Security Team...
If all the teams have access to all the policy rules policy they can modify each other's rules, Policy and compliance reports. this is something that can be fixed with rule tagging / rule custom properties.
