single view for all CBQOS drops for all nodes

packet drop is critical parameter for RTP thus,I would like to have single view for all of my routers to monitor/view all CBQOS drops.for RTP class

so just to make sure, this is about getting an assessment of how much packet/traffic your CoS drop, across all routers (i.e. aggregated), right?
