FEATURE REQUEST - Use 64bit Oracle ODP Drivers and make them Oracle 18c/19c compliant

I am not able to use the Orion 32bin ODP drivers on our Oracle 18c systems as the application that sits on top of the DB stack prohibits 32bit drivers as they are not part of their application build.

Unfortunately Orion isn't able to use 64bit drivers in any form, so I can't monitor my Oracle 18c installations by using SAM.

There are an awful lot of 64bit application stacks these days so it does seem a bit remiss not to be able to use 64bit Oracle drivers to monitor the RDBMS.
