wanted to monitor same devices with to different ip addresses

I am looking for a solution for enabling monitoring for the same device with to different IP addresses, I wanted to monitor the critical devices from different regions. If I can add one device with two different IP addresses also help. creating some sort of back to back check would help refrain from generating multiple ticket in one of the VPN goes down.
