Warning/Critical - +/- value or Range

Currently there are the following options for a SAM Warning or Critical Thresholds.

The ${BASELINE} feature has also been recently added but unfortunately neither of these are able to alert if the current value falls out of a range.  For example, if you have a APC UPS unit that has an baseline input voltage of 120volts (SNMP Component Monitor)

Can I request a feature that can Warn if the ${BASELINE} is +/- 5% and Critical if ${BASELINE} is 10%  - Maybe an "advanced" option that will allow (similar to the alert logic)

greater than ${BASELINE}*1.05

OR

less than ${BASELINE}*1.05
