Exchange Logga: Permission changes should be logged also when done outside of ARM

At the moment when you do the following permission changes for a user in Exchange, Exchange Logga only logs the entries

for permission changes to

Full Access
Send As
Receive As
end on Behalf on

when done through ARM itself. When you do this outside of the product, then it is not logged.

It would be nice that you can track everything which happens for exchange including permission changes.

It's not only nice but needed for a complete coverage of the functionality. Should be exactly the same as with file server logga.
