SNMPv3 INFORMs Support

Hello,

I have a few Clients that has asked about SolarWinds being able to support SNMPv3 INFORMs. Could this functionality be added now that SolarWinds is using an internal SNMP TRAP service and no longer using the default Microsoft TRAPS service.

This has been implemented since NPM 10.4.1

Has SNMPv3 Informs support been implemented or has just SNMPv3 support (Traps)? This distinction is important for devices that only support SNMPv3 Informs.
