While AppInsight provides a wealth of information, configuring email alerting on various objects such as (Index Name, Table Name, etc..) is impossible because there are no alerting variables for them. This for me is very important as the email alert being sent must provide enough infomation to the DBA's without them having to log into Solarwinds view the details.
