According to the KB Article #2064 "Does Serv-U support SCP?", Serv-U does not support SCP but Solarwinds offers a free software tool "SFTP/SCP Server" which supports both protocols.
It would be a great if Serv-U supported SCP as a lot of companies and organizations own a large number of network devices and automate the configuration backups via some protocols such as SCP because FTP has no security.
